Ann is an associate and Senior Consultant with Camden Delta. Her consulting focuses on developing leaders, coaching through career transitions, building strong teams, and helping organizations manage change. For over 2 decades, Ann has worked with individuals and teams to foster personal and business-focused learning and growth.
She has worked across many industries, including Beverage and Food, Telecom and Media, Utilities, Pharmaceutical, Technology, Healthcare Systems, Professional Services, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Financial Services, and NPOs in the United States and internationally. As an executive coach, she encourages objective introspection to find strengths to leverage and behaviors to adjust which improve leadership skill, grow business results, and impact career direction.
For the past decade, she has honed her skills as an executive coach, excelling in assisting leaders through organizational change, job transitions, and personal transformation. Throughout her career, she has positively impacted both talent and the talent management processes – whether coaching, designing/implementing processes, facilitating team summits – her clients see increased engagement and development of their leaders which has a positive impact on their business. While the majority of her clients currently utilize her as a coach, her skills in change management, feedback, selection, performance management, leader and career development, strategic planning, competency modelling, and employee engagement enhance her value.
Prior to consulting, Ann worked as an internal consultant for Global Human Resources at The Coca-Cola Company, focused on individual assessment, employee development, and organizational diagnostics/survey processes. In her roles at The Coca-Cola Company, Ann worked with senior leaders to build their leadership capabilities and enhance employee engagement. In addition, she managed global project and implementation teams. Before The Coca-Cola Company, she was a client relationship manager and senior consultant for Towers Perrin (now Willis-Towers-Watson) and a consultant with The Hay Group (now Korn-Ferry-Hay Group). In these roles, she specialized in competency model development and implementation, 360o Feedback, leader development, performance management and change consulting. She managed consultants, worked as part of a cross practice group focused on clients undergoing merger or acquisitions, and managed the relationship with one of the firm’s largest clients.
She is certified to use the Hogan Assessment Series, the Birkman Method, and Myers Briggs Type Indicator. In addition, she is competent using the DISC and the HBDI. She is mother to two teenaged boys and is married to Dr. Todd Maurer, Associate Dean of Research Strategy at the J Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.
