Chuck is the Technology Practice Leader for Camden Delta Consulting, LLC. He has over 30 years experience in information technology, from programming and systems analysis to data analysis, business intelligence, product development, product management, and building innovative HR technology products.
Prior to joining Camden Delta, Chuck built and sold three software companies, including (most recently) Emerald Software, an innovator in employee onboarding automation with the Universal Onboarding product (acquired by Snagajob in 2011). His experience building this cutting edge product led to him doing onboarding process improvement and hiring automation consulting with organizations as diverse as Harvard Kennedy School, Kelly Services, and the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
Prior to Emerald Software, Chuck built two other companies in the healthcare and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) markets, giving him diverse enterprise operations experience. His clients have included Domino’s Pizza Inc, Caterpillar, the US Army Corps of Engineers, Sikorsky, First Nation Gaming, the Mirage Corporation, and many others.
Chuck holds an MBA from William Carey University and a BS in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is a Certified Strategic Workforce Planner.
Chuck lives in Atlanta with his wife Lori, at least when they’re not traveling in and working from Europe.
