Denise’s experience spans medium and large organizations across multiple industries over the last 25+ years. Her experience encompasses strategic HR topics, including Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, Performance Management Systems, Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Recruiting, HR Strategy and more.

Having started her career in an operational role before moving to HR, Denise became a passionate advocate for creating practical, pragmatic solutions to enable real and measurable results.  Working across a variety of industries (financial, engineering, retail, healthcare, distribution) and countries has given her a focus on creating flexible solutions that empower businesses to be agile, meeting the needs of an ever-changing world and workforce.

Denise holds her Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University. She works with a variety of assessment tools and is a certified “Co-Active” coach.

Denise lives in Roswell, GA with her husband of 30 years and two senior rescue dogs. She’s an enthusiastic doubles tennis player and loves to travel. Her daughter attends the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!)..

  • Reorganized Leadership and Talent function from BU teams to Americas Regional team for large global organization.
  • Designed, implemented and/or grew multiple leadership development systems, from early talent identification through C-suite succession strategies.
  • Led multiple successful HR systems implementations including succession planning, Learning/learning management systems (LMS), performance management, goal setting and engagement survey platforms
  • Implemented organizational effectiveness improvement initiatives utilizing employee engagement process; leverage data/analytics to drive intentional change and improved metrics
