Laura is a senior consultant with Camden Delta Consulting and has provided Human Resources consulting on a variety of topics for over 18 years with a specific emphasis on designing effective HR processes to deliver customer value.

Laura has extensive experience in applying best practices to the design of programs and process flows in all areas of human resources. Laura’s experience also includes developing and delivering training; conducting and analyzing focus group and executive interviews; and conducting benchmarking studies and gap analyses.

Laura’s client work includes HR Transformation, Change Management and Communications. Prior to joining Camden Delta, Laura was a consultant with Hewitt Associates.

Based out of Camden Delta’s Houston office, Laura has partnered with a multitude of clients including Adeptus Health, Baylor Healthcare, Carmeuse, Catholic Health Initiatives, City of Hope, Crawford, Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers, Harley-Davidson, McAfee, Inc., Newell Rubbermaid, Sandia National Labs, The Walt Disney Company, Toshiba International, Vesta Corporation, Viacom, and West Tennessee Health.

Laura resides in Southeast Texas with her husband, Rhett and dog, Maggie. She enjoys hiking and spending time with her three adult children and their families.
