Mark is a Principal with Camden Delta Consulting, LLC and based in London. He specialises in Leadership Development/Assessment/Coaching, Talent Management, Organisation Design, HR Transformation, Employee Engagement, Change Management and Strategy Clarification. He works with clients across the globe.

Mark was formerly a Partner at Hewitt Associates, where he led their Talent and Leadership Consulting/OE Practice in Europe, and lead the practices in both the UK and Paris offices. He also started the firm’s Organisation Effectiveness Practice in The West Region of the United States. He led Hewitt’s European research on the Top Companies for Developing Leaders published in Fortune Magazine. He has also served as the European Director of Client Management and Development for Corporate Learning at the Henley Business School in the UK. His M.B.A. is from the Harvard Business School and his B.A. is from the University of California. He is also a graduate of Stanford University Advanced Management College. Mark and his family have lived in Europe since 1999 and have dual US/UK citizenship, which may partially explain his passion for both rugby and baseball.
